- Olive oil
- Diced ginger, to taste
- 1/2 bag Trader Joe's chard mix
- 6 Omega-3 eggs
- Sesame oil (optional)
Put a generous portion of olive oil in a pan, add diced ginger to taste, cook for around 2 minutes.
Add the 1/2 bag of Trader Joe’s chard mix and 6 eggs. Scramble until done.
Garnish with sesame oil (optional).
