Ingredients
  • Olive oil
  • Diced ginger, to taste
  • ½ bag Trader Joe's chard mix
  • 6 Omega-3 eggs
  • Sesame oil (optional)
Instructions
  1. Put a generous portion of olive oil in a pan, add diced ginger to taste, cook for around 2 minutes.
  2. Add the ½ bag of Trader Joe's chard mix and 6 eggs. Scramble until done.
  3. Garnish with sesame oil (optional).
