Eggs and greens make for a quick and easy breakfast.
Ginger Chard Scramble
- Olive oil
- Diced ginger, to taste
- ½ bag Trader Joe’s chard mix
- 6 Omega-3 eggs
- Sesame oil (optional)
- Put a generous portion of olive oil in a pan, add diced ginger to taste, cook for around 2 minutes.
- Add the ½ bag of Trader Joe’s chard mix and 6 eggs. Scramble until done.
- Garnish with sesame oil (optional).
